I believe it is only available at certain times in the day, they cant be there 24 hours a day

well.. in europe is almost 4 pm, i always got them at 1 or 2 pm..

You could try emailing, but I've had to chase the two emails I sent to them.
I've also had no joy with both 'phone and live chat when I've tried well within their hours. Maybe I'm just being really really unlucky with timing?

its quite random if theres any lol.. global is mostly offline but the danish support is there the most of the day =D

yep but danish are not able to help me out.. "you need international support", but international support ain't online at all.. god dam.n it

I had the same problem and tried both the German and Danish website, both helped me. I think it depends on your problem.

it was defected (lcd lamp) and i said, inside the 30 days i have cause of an italian law, i were not satisfied of my purchase. So they have to refund me all the price i paid.
