Hi...I just bought a 3250 from Circuit City. They tried to sell me some sort of $19 service where they'd 'tune' it to make it run faster. The salesman couldn't explain what the tune up consisted of so I didn't buy. Does anyone know what if anything they do to 'tune' it?

So far I like this machine and will post more over the next few days as I test it out. I've been using a HP zt3000 but wanted something lighter.

Another Question: Is there a User Manual online? I didn't find one in the box.

    Thanks,
    Bob

The user manual comes as a PDF file in the system. It's kind of cheap, but at least you'll never lose it. :)
