anyone here having problem with the sound, so even through my phone jack is plugged in i could still hear the sound from underneath (sub), also the front speakers doesnt even seem to be working (put my ear right on it), and theres two sound devices when i enable one or the other it would come out from different speakers, i had it working perfectly before by setting 16bit to 24bit but i did another format, and now that method doesnt even work
running vista64 ultimate, any setting that i should know of...
also the sound device doesnt seem to have a driver it just work with vista by itself

Mine had the O/S pre-installed but came with an RK Computers driver/utility CD. This has all the drivers and program back-up's on it. Where did you get yours??

You need to install the realtek hd audio driver, whoever you bought this from should have included a driver cd and utilities (cd software, antivirus, etc).

I would contact the store where you got this and get the CD.....

Kind of odd to receive a notebook with no driver CD??

I had the same problem, you need the modded ocz realtek driver from the xotic pc driver cd. Have you not received it? I just got my today, and everything is now working perfectly. (Some of the drivers sent to me by email were causing problems so, I did a fresh install of the OS along with the drivers from the CD.)

Hey, sorry. I left the driver disk at home. I'm currently in another state. Have you not received an tracking number for your xotic pc driver disk yet?

Maybe one of the other members would be nice enough to upload their drivers for you. :)
