    Hi,
I have an averatec 2225 laptop that stopped working after it was dropped. There are no cracks anywhere and the screen is not cracked. Nothing comes on when you push the power button. I've tried opening the case in the hope that maybe a connector has come loose on the inside or just to see if I can spot any damage. I've taken off all the screws that I can see including the ones underneath the battery and the two hidden under the lip on the dvd drive. I'm able to pull apart the edges all around but not completely open the case. Are there screws underneath the keyboard. Is this was holding this thing together. If so how do you lift the keyboard up. I tried pushing on the clear tabs by the edge of the keyboard towards the screen and I've pryed on it and nothing. Any help is appreciated.
