This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I wouldn't recommend one of those Philips notebooks when you can get a Samung Q45 for £60 more (and another version here for a little bit more). The Samsung has a much better pedigree (descendent of the Q35). The NBR Q45 review is here.

    Philips is a name used by DSG and has nothing to do with the electronics company.
