Yeah, you need to download the "Microsoft Keyboard" utility, I have it and it works as a charm.

Yeah I already have it. Does any of you know ow to reassign the wow video and audio button? I made an error after I installed the app and want to reassign wow video to media center instead of media player classic.

You open the application, select the key settings and edit it, then you can put a path or whatever you want that key to do.

I haven't tried, I have just done the thermal keys and work well. Check the key settings, there you have a list of what you can or can't modify.

Wow, nice program. I finally got use of that wow video and wow audio buttons; they open My Computer and Network Computers now. I also bind mail button to open Gmail account in browser. :)
And also the appeared onscreen notifications about sound volume and lock key status.

Thanks for this. Now I can actually put those buttons to good use. It now opens media player and the my storage drive. I also did the same thing as Dirt for the mail button and set it to open Gmail. By the way, is there any way I could possibly use the Wow buttons as a volume control? I'm not a fan of using the Fn key when I don't have my mouse to control volume.

That's a nice application, I think is hard to do, but not impossible. Assuming we can, how would you differentiate increasing the volume from decreasing it?

Like one tap is + and two taps is -, may be :D

is there a way to keep the WOW audio/video buttons the way they are?

also I am now able to change the mail button, except it wasn't any of the 1,2,3,4,5 buttons but the one that had outlook tied to it already in the settings.

Have you set your keyboard to be a "Digital Media Keyboard"?
Wow video and audio are respectively "My favorite 3" and "My favorite 4". Just remove their assignment if you don't like they way you set them...

You should have 1 to 4 with a not assigned notification. W/r the speaker, the details show +/-/mute, but we only get a green bar (on) or a red bar (mute), we need to keep looking how to use the + and -.

+ and - are the volume up and down button already assigned by the bios(i think) to fn+f7 and fn+f8, I don't think that we can change that.

That's true, actually if we use the Fn+F8 or F9, we can see the nice green bar going up and down, cool.
