    the notebook has an internal retractable gprs/iden/cdma antenna (a.k.a celluar modem i think), i have no idea how to use it.

    Well, I have no idea about that model, but you surely need a mobile phone service to make it work. Can you contact the merchant for more info?

    the custoner service is very poor there. btw my laptop is a reuugized laptop. hope that helps
