    i've recently learned about this sharp m4000
    took a look at it. it looks good for me but
    is sharp known for its notebook build quality?

    The Sharp M4000 was in LAPTOP Magazine's top ten notebooks of the year - it has to be pretty good to get that award.

    Is true that M4000 not coming with any software?
    I mean... only with preloaded software but not backup CDs/DVD.

    No one else has this laptop or anything to say about it? Pretty dead in the Sharp forum.. this looks like a very nice laptop though, albeit expensive.
