This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    i have been trying to access the portable one website for a couple of days now and cannot access it. i am using explorer 7 and vista.
    any ides???

    It's loading OK for me.

    I suggest that you either try using a different browser or clear the browser's cache and see if that gets you access.

    sorry... tried with deleting the cache.. still no joy... do not have access to another browser... it's a company laptop.

    Another route worth trying is to use a proxy server. Some years back I couldn't access this site from one location (but it worked fine from another) and a proxy server provided a work-around this problem.
