    hi

my 6324w hinges are getting sloppy. the cannot support the screen if it's tilted slightly backwards or forwards. Is there anyway to tighten these? Or do i have to replace them? in that case, how do i proceed to do that?

You need to replace them, and pray that Zepto USA/Denned has some in stock for you, otherwise there is probably no solution for you.

Is there some detailed guide on how to do this? If not, could someone at Zepto please make one before they pursue alternative job opportunities?

I just got my laptop a year ago and I'd like to keep using it for some time, god-willing, but it's not very useful if I can't close the lid anymore.. (because the hinge broke, and either closing or fully opening the lid will break the casing).

It's not like I have some cash laying around to shell out for another $1k+ gaming laptop.

I unfortunately did not have anything to do with actually repairing the notebooks, so I have no knowledge in how to disassemble them.

I've got the same problem! How to reach Zepto now they are out of business? I'm a student and my laptop is 1,5 years old...
I can replace them, just need to get them..

You can't unless someone decides to buy all the parts that Zepto had left and sell them.

It's quite easy to replace the hinges. You just remove all the plastic cover around the screen. And then you will see the few screws you need to untighten. And you can remove the whole part and replace it.
