    Hi,

I had do downgrade vista home premium because it wouldn't work on the network of my work. I had vista64 so I decided to get XP pro 64bit. I have downloaded and installed almost every driver, but 2 are still bothering me

    1) PCI Memory Controller
I think this is the Robson Module that doesn't work anyway in XP

    2) Unknown device: Instance Id: ACPI\CPL0002\2&DABA3FF&0
I read on this forum and elsewhere on the internet that I should just install the SmartBattery software. But... when I install it, nothing changes, it just keeps saying at every startup of windows that hardware has been detected but it remains unknown.

So any tips on what I should try and do next?

    Cheers

Hmm... I'm not sure, but it can be the wireless switch. Try installing "wireless select switch" software.

Yeah, I reïnstalled the smart battery thing over and over again. What i've noticed now is that the smart battery button on the side doesn't work (logic since the driver isn't installed). But I'm not even sure the smart battery program works. I think in vista I've seen the icon with all the other icons (wireless, messenger, ...) in the taskbar. But when I start it in XP, there is no icon of smart battery there.

Man this is frustrating, been 3 days that I'm trying to get XPpro up and running but this last driver is busting my b...
