    Hello everybody!

I'm trying to connect my 6625wd through vga to my sony kdf-50a11e at 1024x768 60hz resolution wich is supported by my tv. It works great on my previous sony vaio laptop but with my zepto the tv screen just stays black.

If I try some unsupported resolution my tv just says NO SYNC but with 1024x768 it's like it is getting a signal but still the screen stays black.

It works fine at 800x600 resolution on my zepto and with my previous sony vaio it still works fine at 1024x768

I have tried several different drivers and right now I have the one from zepto.dk 156.54.

Any thoughts on the subject are welcome! :)

I've heard about people having problems with external monitors under Vista when the TTM service was enabled in scheduled tasks. Don't know about under Windows XP though.

I use vista ultimate, is it safe to disable the service?

    Thanx

Yes, it's safe to disable. The only thing it does is poll if the resolution and refresh is supported by the monitor. Sometimes it polls wrong and wont give a picture at all on the external monitor.

Is there anyway to "tune" the output of the graphic card from the vga, resolution and refresh rate? Ive read one the forum for my tv that some had som e problems with this and solved it when they changed the refreshrate (i think it is) from 60.073mhz to 60.024mhz or something like that...

    Thanx

Have you checked the options in nVidia control panel?

    Thanx for the reply Sprint!

jupp, just standardized controls that are not adjustable. I get 3 options of resolution but none with refresh rate.

    Dunno what to do....
