When I take my HEL80 out of standby in vista, it drops the resolution all the down to the lowest setting. usually after a few seconds it reverts back, but this is getting very annoying since it resized all of my windows when it does it.
anyone else experiencing this?

blame the nvidia sh**ty drivers?
-
Nvidia could write the best drivers on the planet, but they are still at the mercy at what MS gives them to work with through the OS. -
Even birds know that nividia dropped ball with vista drivers... they didn't even bother to make ones for my nForce3 chipset..is Microsoft there to blame too?

I guess this wouldn't be an appropriate Vista-related thread without knocking the new OS, so ... ahem:

I do not have that problem currently, although I did have something like that at one point. I think changing driver's did it for me. I am using 101.41. Did you flash to the latest Bizcomm BIOS version 116B? -
i updated the BIOS, but that didn't do anything. do you have a link for those drivers?
-
Here is the link for Bizcomm drivers

hmmm...driver change didn't seem to fix it.
-
Which driver's have you tried?
-
i tried the vista32 ones from compal's driver site and the ones posted above.
