    If some tech. repair is need on alienware, do i need to send it back to them or can I take it to any computer tech. person??

    I've heard nothing but crap about Alienware service, and has begun to contradict everything I thought about them. Though I have been looking, I found a company called WidowPC (widowpc.com) and they use the same Sager/Alienware. Not only do they sell them, they repair them.

    There are repair shop horror stories too unfortunately. [ :(] From what I've read you need to call them and then it'll take a few weeks for them to get your system back to you. It's something like 23 days or something? I don't own one, I just read what other users post.
