    Optiarc DVD RW AD-7530B ATA

    It works OK -- I haven't used it to burn DVDs yet, but I've made a lot of CDs and none was corrupted so far.

    so it looks like they are using all liteon since optiarc is in fact a lite on drive rebadged.. i was hoping for sammy. well i guess ill order up a sammy if not they are far better drives than the lite on's are currently

    So far I didn't have any problems with my drive.
    I haven't played DVDs yet but it has a RPC2 protection, I don't know if AnyDVD will work.
