    where to purchase Quanta laptops/barebones?

    just wondering if anybody knows any website that would sell quanta barebones or fully configured laptops? especially looking for the macbook pro barebones or something like that.

    Quanta mainly has contracts to only sell their barebones to the contracted OEM... which means that you cannot get the barebones.

    Quanta used to sell barebones but now it looks very exclusive to OEMs.
