I am having issues with my Whitebook as well (BIOS hangs on the "Intel" splash screen) bottom of the page is corrupt.. I was going to try to reset/reflash somehow. Send me what you have done so far and I can try it out on mine.

Good luck with the recovery efforts. In the unlikely event that you might decide to cut losses and part her out, please keep me fresh on your list for your 4850 video cards. After I acquire a pair, I'm going to implement a liquid cooling solution. I already have the CPU/sb/Nb blocks, all in one rad/res/pump combo, a separate mobile psu, and a rad friendly notebook cooler stand picked out. I just need the Gpus so I can measure and block them.
