    hello, i just bought a new notebook with your company subcontracted
    for warranty works.

    i've received the cd package and am having trouble activating it. the instructions are not clear.

    which numbers/serials/code exactly are the ones required to be entered in the registration form. for example is the 'product version code' the one at the back of the cd pack under a big barcode (the 5 characters..and the CCP the one starting with UEE 1800 *** *** in the inside pack on the metallic sticker. ive tried several combinations and have failed to activate my product.

    does it require spaced between the characters, case sensitive? etc etc. any specific and detailed information would be most helpful.
