Has anyone tried this: Can the touchscreen hardware from a 12.1" lcd be transfered to a 13.3" nontouch lcd. Im not talking about sticking a 12.1" lcd in a 13.3" bezel. So in other words...from the parts available in and on the 12.1 touch lcd transfered to the 13.3" non touch and made touch.

The parts are different. The touchscreen connector (for one) isn't the same. No Can Do...

    KUSA -

They won't work for the same reason a 13.3" won't fit in a 12.1" bezel; the touchscreen is actually a second layer on top of the LCD, so the touchscreen on a 13.3" model is larger than that for a 12.1" model.
