    I got a response from the seller when I asked about it:

    Thanks for your interest. Yes, these are the correct specifications, the unit has all the latest Microsoft 64bit updates and it will ship with recovery disks for Windows 7 64bit.

    It's a beautiful unit, and very cometitively priced considering all the upgrades.

    Wrong. These are stickers to say things like "do not open the power cover when the computer is wet"...

    It's a UL1604 hazerdous location unit. Those units have extra high tech stickers along with a leather case.

    Oh yeah I picked up a couple of those leather cases on ebay for around 25 a while back. bad thing is most ports are blocked. cut out a piece of the leather for my usb and charger ports. It is nice leather though. Rarely use it though.
