Can anybody tell me if they have an opinion on 2.5" SATA Hard Drive to IDE 44 Pin Adapter For Laptop Drives . I saw it mentioned in The Unofficial Panasonic CF-29 Toughbook Thread! . Specifically http://forum.notebookreview.com/5868558-post433.html . I guess the guy that was gonna benchmark it broke it somehow. Did he ever get another one? Does anybody know the dimensions of the thing, and if it works past a BIOS screen? Can anybody comment on the performance compared to a modern ATA disk? I'm considering using this with my toughbook and my 640 gb hard drive, instead of buying a new ATA disk, but I don't want to waste my money if it's snake oil...
