Hi, I'm new to the TB and picked up a Mk1 CF19 on eBay. The model is CF-19CHB83BM I have a few general questions that I haven't been able to find the answer on here via searching.

Does anyone have a copy of the factory restoration disk? I can't find this on eBay.

It has a EU860D card installed. Will this work on the Verizon network? That is who my cell phone carrier is and I'd like to enable it through them as well.

The ad mentioned it had GPS installed, but I can't seem to get it to work. Is there a way to enable it or something? What I would like to do is use this with the application Overland Navigator. The application it came with doesnt seem to connect to anything. I tried adding a serial GPS unit that I have, but the serial port doesn't seem to recognize it either. This port is listed as Auto under BIOS.

Lastly, I plan on adding a 250gb SSD 840 Evo samsung drive. Is there any reason this won't work?

This is what your 19 should of left the factory with.

"Customer Specific AT&T, WinXP, Intel Core Duo U2400 1.06GHz (Centrino), 10.4"" XGA Touch, 80GB, 512MB, Intel WiFi a/b/g/n, Dual Pass (UpperWWAN/Lower:WLAN), TPM, Bluetooth, Cingular HSDPA 3.6, AT&T Logo Badge, No Drive"

Does your 19 have this bump out on the side. Your model number doesn't show it to have the Factory Dedicated GPS Installed.

Some WWAN cards have GPS built into them, I am not sure about your model of card though.

I haven't personally used that SSD but you can see what some of the other members are using here.

I don't know what was on my mind, but it doesn't have the GPS. I knew that while buying it planning to add it later. Wishful thinking while posting this I guess.
