They are suppose to be a third party service provider. Anyone know anything about them or had any work done by them? Thanks.

Yes, they are in Calgary, as well as a bunch of other Canadian centers. They are the company that Panasonic Canada uses for a lot of the procurement, roll-out and service they do. I was not overly impressed with the tech I talked with in Calgary, unlike the techs that actually work for Panasonic Canada, and was looking to see if anyone had dealings with Acrodex. The way it is looking, I will sent it to the factory techs.
I still welcome any feedback about them. Thanks Cleve.

    Hi ohlip,

CF-30KQPRSPM 540hrs. Bluetooth has 'disappeared' from the unit. Nothing in the BIOS Advanced menu, nothing in Device Manager W7. Reset the BIOS to default and save. No change. Pull battery and AC. Cycle power button 20+ times, plug in AC, boot to BIOS, set to defaults, save and reboot. Enter BIOS, no change, no bluetooth. Talked with techs at Panasonic Canada and after explaining what was going on, and what I had done, was advised to send the unit in. Informed tech I was in Calgary Alberta area and was told I could send/take it to Acrodex. Here we are. :)

I should add that ADOR is working with me on this problem. Any other input is welcomed Thank you..

Do you feel comportable in opening the unit. You can access the bluetooth module under the keyboard area. If you can, try to disconnect the ribbon cable on both side of the connector and then check it for corrosion on the conductor if nothing just clean it out. After that plug it again. Btw, by doing so make sure AC and main battery are out. If it is still not on the bios after doing that. There are other thing, either the protected fuse for BT on the mobo is out(blown) or the BT itself. Accessing the Bluetooth circuitry require a full disassembly of the unit motherboard. It means a lot work but easy.

PS. If you can't do that, just send it to me I will do the rest for you.

Teo... You beat me to it!

This is good advice and likely to fix your issue. Either that or it is a loose connector.

Got the bluetooth working. It was a software issue w/the BIOS. It took a couple runs at it, but finally got it. I was about to open up the unit and check the connections, but a little perseverance paid off. Thanks to those that replied.

Hi! Did you reflash the bios? Based on the statement above before you solve the problem. You said it didn't register on the bios. My question is, how come it registered now! If its not a hardware issue like loose connection. The only way I can think of is reflashing the bios. Can you give us full detail so that it may help others when they encounter with the same problem.

I ask coz it happened to me one time when I bought a federal issue unit. When I added a Bluetooth module it doesn't recognized. I reflashed the bios and Boom its there. Btw, its MK3 to!

I did re-flash the BIOS to get the bluetooth working. I had to try a couple of times before it took. The first time it finished and said success, but when I went into the BIOS, nothing was different than original. Did it again and that time the bluetooth was there.

Ok! Good to know that its working now! Btw, we are a bit confuse from the start as you said "it disappeared". It means, it was there before that's why our first thought is a hardware issue but if you mentioned, totally not there from the beginning. We can immediately look for a bios flash.
