I've seen these pop up on some laptops on ebay. Usually on diagnostic laptops. There are maybe two with Mitsubishi logos on ebay now. May have ended, I'm not sure.

Does anyone know if there is a source for these or are the order manufactured?

Jeff! I don't know what "Clear Mylar" is... :( Can I do paper? I'll make a print out of it. How to do the letters??? Do you have some template you can get hot to burn it in???

I talked to wife and she said "I don't like leather! But If yours is cool looking can I get one?". Typical woman! EH! I'm thinking "Robert" for me. If the wife likes it would you want to do one for her too?

Also, can I really get picky and ask for black leather?

How to secure it down? Some special type of glue?

Let me know what I owe you! I must pay you for your time!

    Thanks

Indeed. I'd be interested as well. I have a feeling the company wont make any badges for me. They refused to make our speed shop sign, claiming the various logos (dodge, mercedes, audi, peugeot etc.) was copyright infringement.

All we had was the logo next to each name, representing which car they drove.

Hell yes. Go for it, mate.

Whaddya say, if you decide to make em and i give you a color code, is it possible to have it painted too?

Don't laugh. A baby blue CF-27 Peugeot badge.

EDIT: See? This is what happens when you let women vote. Seriously, what was wrong with the original red? Now we have a baby blue Peugeot 205 and a baby blue Koala bear (ebay...*sigh*) as a mascot.

The ones on ebay that say Toyota or Ford are usually ex-dealership diagnostic laptops. The old Ford store I worked at had 2 CF-18s that they were constantly using. Almost every dealerhsip will have at least one and usually 2-3 Toughbooks in the back that they have ordered through the manufacturer... Panny personalizes it for them.

One thing about the logos I was having made... They were for the CF-28s at that time. The CF-28 had a painted lid and the vinyl logos stuck like glue to the top. The CF-29/30s have an anodized top and the vinyl doesn't stick as well... But will work.

AKBushPilot made me a leather badge several years ago. I haven't seen him on the forum in years!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the CF-29 at work had a Toyota logo on it once. But considering the damage to it, i cant be sure.

Nope, cant say i do mate. Ours doesn't have a badge. But i doesn't really matter right now cause we have to buy a new one. The damn thing refused to turn on today and our newest team member, who for the record is the clumsiest bugger I've ever met, was suspiciously absent.

Anyone have a working 300mhz+ CF27 for cheap?

I'll get back to you on the others. Still gotta ask what me girlfriend wants on hers. Expect to hear from me regarding a CF-29 and a CF-19.

    First were toughbook logos...

Then leather toughbook keychains and/or logos to have sewn onto bags and backbacks,

Then a toughbook logo'd leather belt, and leather shoulder straps for the toughbook line.

Then his own line of tough jeans with the leather patch were the wangler patch was.

Then, we never see jeff on the forum again, just too damm busy.......

You should see my ATV seat.....it's in "hair-on" Holstein. Black and white.

The problem is bending it around the edges. Upholstery leather 2 oz. weight..if you could get it to fit between the lid and front. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm thinking thinking.
