    Actually... I'm really amazed at the strength of that acrylic shell. I thought for sure it would snap in half with you rocking it over that parking stop; but it essentially survived in one piece. The bezel is SUPPOSED to snap off the front; that's how you take it apart to service it. But I REALLY thought it was going to be nothing but shrapnel when you were done.

    Held up better then I would of thought, how did it run after? :)

    We had a cf-27 that was burned up in a car fire all the plastic was melted etc. Pried the HD caddy out of the laptop popped it in another one booted up no problem... true story!

    I've seen 'em with the LCD & KB melted, but plug in an external display and it still booted.

    Yup. CF-28.
