Yeah, I've had the DeWalt one for jeez... how long has DeWalt been making a 18V drill? 15 years? I bought it to charge the batteries on a 18V kit when they were "The brand new thing"... It's been abused all its life, rained on, had a battery blow up inside it, lost off the back of a trailer at 50 MPH, and never gave me a lick of trouble except the volume control got scratchy with age. A little silly-cone spray lube sorted that right quick... It held up a lot better than the gearboxes on that first-gen drill; that thing ate them every 3 months until they replaced the entire drill with a 2nd-gen model. Difference there was night & day.
