Antenna masts CF 27, cf 28, cf 29

Are the screw on masts interchangeable between the 27, 28 and/or 29? I am looking for the longest mast that will screw on to a cf 29 lid antenna mount. I currently have the one that is about 3" high. I have seen photos of 28's with antenna's that look about 9" high. Will that fit? Anybody have one? I would ask in the BST but I first want to find out if any longer antenna will fit.
No, I don't want to tell what I am up to yet.

 

I have one of the 28s with the longer antennae of which you speak. If someone here can tell me how to remove it (without damaging it )then I would he happy to test fit it into my WWAN ready 29.

 

You have two slots in the chrome piece. Take the largest screwdriver that will fit a slot., of course the antenna is in the way so you are using half a slot. Push firmly down and avoid having the screwdriver slip or skid out of the slot while turning. Righty tighty lefty loosey.

Thanks for the link. I am not using it for Wifi, but removing any filters will improve my project.
