Any tips (or guides I've missed) for doing a complete monitor swap for a CF-19?

    Hello,

I am going to be changing the monitor (entire thing, bezel, hinge, extra) and move it from a CF-19 MK3 to a CF-19 MK4. From what I can tell this just involves undoing several connections from the mainboard and then unscrewing the hinge and switching screens.

Any advice would be appreciated. I usually try to research and watch some videos before I jump into these projects but almost everything relates to just replacing the screen only, not the entire bezel.

See if someone can send you a service manual...It will help...I am at work and can't send one until later.

And it worked. Wasn't too bad. Need to reassamble the other one in a couple of days. Need to get some sleep now though.
