The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Man, $500 is a heck of a deal for that machine. I don't think I would keep Vista on it with 512MB of RAM though. Just bought a new car so money is fairly tight for a while :(

    Yeah, I was tempted to "cross over" into the 73! I'm broker than broke right now but if it's still around next week I might have to do some deelin'
