I am looking at these on eBay, and the seller has the following note in bold red letters:
Please note that this SSD can NOT fit for Panasonic CF-Series laptop and desktop.
I am wondering if someone complained who did not even try different jumper settings, and the seller just put that note there to not have to deal with those complaints. Or if this SSD is really incompatible.
On a side note, is there a Panasonic desktop CF model?

Yup me - i did a 128gb and dropped windows 7 prof over the top - i do have one issue which i am still fiddling with - i get a stutter on video playback sometimes - i have 1.5 gb ram and this is a cf 29 mark 4 ( L...) - otherwise i dropped it straight in without playing with jumpers and i am very happy - very fast now - i think I should have checked the ssd formatting before starting and how big the clusters are but it's too late for me now unless anyone has a trick up their sleeve - for w7 you need to update all the drivers and the only one i found tricky were the hotkeys but someone on this site fixed me up - i think he worked for panasonic because it was wicked what he did - i don't have a touch screen which makes life easier - i am now 3 months in - no crash -very stable - zippy - i have a suspicion that my 1gb ram maybe faulty and that might be the cause of my video judder but if anyone has a clue that would be great - all the best and good luck.
