    BIOS Clock

    Is there a way to RESET the clock in BIOS?

    The "clock" if referring to the local time, should be able to be set. The "clock" as in hours the machine is on, cannot be reset. As far as I know............

    Are you asking because you want to reset yours or because you noticed a lot of Toughbooks with very low hours on ebay and yes I know for a fact some know how to do it BUT sorry we can't talk about that on here because it involves going somewhere and modifing something we can't talk about on NBR due to forum rules...sorry

    If you are speaking of the machine losing track of time between boots your cmos battery is possibly the culprit.

    it sounds like he wants to set the acc hours back to zero....as it was when new.
