    1. Make sure you get your answers from the Toughbook crowd... Not the Dell crowd.

    2. That RAM will work fine as long as you are getting what is pictured. You MUST make sure with Toughbooks that you are buying the RAM that has 4 chips on each side and NOT the type with 8 chips per side. I have yet to see a stick of RAM with 8 chips per side work reliably in a Toughbook!

You may want to email the seller first and make sure.

    Just my .02 ;)

    NOOOOO!

I have two sticks of this very RAM from these arseholes... they DO NOT WORK in a CF-28. They advertise "Low-density" RAM, which is the most compatible you can get, (And what Kingston ACTUALLY SELLS FOR THESE) but it is in fact "High-density".

I am STILL going round & round with them and PayPal Service; they seem to feel it's fine to advertise something you don't actually have, as long as they offer a full refund IF the customer screams loud enough AND sends back their crap product at his own cost. (They TRIED to keep their usurious $10/stick S&H charge - all 4 of my RAM came 1st Class Post in a single bubble envelope)

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE Bait & Switch/Fraudulent Advertising SOBs!!! You can buy High density RAM MUCH cheaper elsewhere if it will run in your laptop, IE Dell, Gateway, Compaq, etc...
