    A Ford Ranger forum that I am a member of switched to Xenforo this past year...
    I do NOT think it was better. There is not any visual customizations available on that board.
    I find it difficult to read and I don't bother going to that board anymore.
    If NBR looks the same as that board, I will be following Toughbook...

    Sadly business is the same as politics, They both do what THEY say is best for us. The truth is, (and they hope we are too stupid to see) it's about the bottom line and what is best for THEM. The common belief is that we are too inept to be able to function and make decisions. It seems to me, that people with money or power have the opinion that those 2 things make them smarter than us poor blue collar guys. Some are smarter, but a lot are not. ( Somehow, I usually end up calling them BOSS)

    Indeed it is the "Dumbing of America". Okay so I really don't know it all, and some decisions I need to collect information and ask for help........

    Am I really so stupid that I can't have the choice of what font and colors I want to see on MY computer? Well I DO have the ultimate choice.....choose to go somewhere else. The same choice I have at a retail establishment that does not have any real concern for the customers needs.....Even this is usually ineffective because the loss of my presence or business is calculated as an acceptable loss.

    I hope NBR gets a better setup than other Xenforo boards, otherwise change my user name to Another acceptable loss.

    Well... The feel of the Ranger Forum just has that, "You are so retarded so we dumbed things down to your level!" type look to it. It is harder to read... It seems that you will always be scrolling to read what is there.

    When they first switched I thought it was a gag.....after a few days I realized it wasn't a gag.....I then "RAN TO THE DOOR"
    It's just way too hard to read and very BASIC......Or to use someone else's word...... SIMPLISTIC.....

    I could go on, but I will give an honest attempt to close my mouth for a while.

    YEP!!! Same here.

    by the way Adblock plus can be added to Chrome or those that refuse to not use it IE, IE is not a addon, but a full exe you run.

    If a ad does get though you just right click it and add to block list, problem solved. I haven't had to do that in the last two years.

    Other styles are MUCH easier to read...
    One is even a Legacy style..
