Are you using a Bluetooth card or device which is supported by the Windows bluetooth drivers?

I use a Billionton PCMCIA bluetooth card in my CF18 without any problems.

Something is not right with that model number. It shows as a digitizer but also having Win XP SP2....

    Maybe CF-18KDHKBVM?

Well... I would check all the connections after first making sure that all the drivers & programs have been installed correctly.

There aren't too many reasons why this should not work.

Dum.. question of the day. Do you beleived that there is a bluetooth module on your unit? I ask coz sometimes even if it is on the configutor but somebody may pull it out. Who knows, you can check that on the device manager if bluetooth is present.

Sorry! I am lazy to read from the very beginning of this thread.

Teo.... Excellent point! I didn't even think about that... I guess the CF-29s are getting to that point now like the CF-28s were... Get one and you have to verify everything is actually there...

But I would think if he is seeing that the BT is on... It may be in there... But... To make sure... You may want to pop off the bottom of the laptop and check!
