I read back in november that you were looking forward to a W4/T4 review? Any idea on a time frame? Thanks, JL

I don't know what I said then, but the machines just came in last week. So we're on them now...give us to mid-March or so.

    Brain,
Thanks for that. Did they give you a T4 as well? Its strange as their site list the W4 which has the DVD drive as being 2.8 pounds and the T4 as being 3.4-wonder if there based on different chassis?

If possible- as I assuded to in my other post, I think you guys should try to hold onto the Panasonics for a while-until the X60 comes in, to compare with the X60(s) probably the most valid comparison out there right now.

Yes we have both, but they're with different reviewers. The X60 is en route actually, so all three reviews will be out at roughly the same time.

Do you mean you guys have both Toughbooks? If so, I think some comparison between the two would be in order. Again there seem to be some differences... The W is supposed to be 1/2 lighter? And the T has a touch screen, which may very well be different than the W's screen? SUch differences in screens might not be found by 2 separte people not seeing the other. I also hope they let you at least have one person be able to look at "all three" at the same time. Thanks, JL
