I just bought a new CF-19 AHUAV1M and according to the specs it has uilt in Intel WiFi and a Verizin 4G LTE internal WAAN. When I go to device manager neither of these devices show up, the only option shown in the network connections options is a dial up modem? There is no option to connect to a wireless network when there are many signals available and my CF-29 is using them. I have checked in the bios and everything is enabled. Any Ideas what Im missing here?

Wireless switch (inside the SD/PC card door) turned on?
Power off, remove battery and mains power, hold power switch on for a minute, then power up and switch on again sometimes works. -
tried that, no good. where do I get the original restore disk? they used to come in the box on previous models but now there is no resore disk. I think the drivers for the wireless lan are missing or corrupted. Someone was playing around with this before I got it so though its brand new, it was tinkered with.
