Same caddy or different for each drive?

Old 32-bit PC's (including yours) don't support GPT. Convert to MBR beforehand.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/change-a-gpt-disk-into-an-mbr-disk#:~:text=Back%20up%20or%20move%20all,click%20Convert%20to%20MBR%20diskSpringfield, safn1949 and Shawn like this. -
You are correct, I run an SSD in a CF-30Mk1.

Ok how I can convert to MBR if disk can't detected. In BIOS it's written that none disk installed in system.

You need to format the disk , if you have another computer format it with rufus and create a bootable usb. Otherwise liveboot a linux usb and format to fat 32 in gparted.
UNCNDL1 and Springfield like this. -
Also if you have another laptop that has the same processor, Intel for Intel/ AMD for AMD, start the load on it and then before the second restart put it into the Toughbook. I have had to do that to a couple of 19's that had a bios lock. Worked fine other than needing help to load the OS on it.
CF 19 mark 1 ssd
