I am very familiar with the CF 29 models. Currently have a MK4. I was interested in getting a CF30, but am confused as it seems all of them are 1.6hz whereas on the CF 29 i had a 1.4hz before. But its time to get a newer unit.

Is there a similar thread for the CF 30 that explains the models and changes?

You could also go to this website and type in CF-30 then search.

    Options effect the price usually

One of my cf-30's has $1500 in factory add -ons
1000 nit Touchscreen , factory GPS ,backlite keyboard and dvd multidrive it all adds up

The options on that model cost more than a basic used cf-30

Same for a CF-72 for $1200 or get it in working condition missing a hdd and p/s, for $40 shipped

    HOLY BLEEPING BLEEPCRACKERS!

I'd be looking at a new/used pickup truck, at those prices for a new/used laptop!

I know those prices are crazy. I would never pay that much.

I was suggesting to use the website for the specs of the computers, not the prices. :)
