You probably installed a Dell branded card. Does it have DPN on it?

I dont know what is DPN ?? here is photo from cards, first from left in green ring is genuine, other two are these that I bought(used) on ebay.

Middle card is Toshiba, far right is Dell. I'm surprised the Toshiba card doesn't work for you.

But Dell doesnt work too
it is not possible make it working? or which one will be worked for 100%?

Buy a Panasonic specific card to have the Bluetooth and wireless work properly.

I've had the same problem in the past.
Is there a way to tell a Panasonic card from the label ? -

Look for vendor specific part numbers. T part number for Toshiba. DPN or d/pn for dell part number.

but it is impossible making it fully working when it is not from panasonic?

You could write your own efi bios driver or flash the WiFi card with a generic Rom. Easier to get the correct WiFi card

Thanks steve.steve. What I meant was Toshiba cards have T/PN and Dell have D/PN but what denotes a Panasonic card ?
On the pics above there is no equivalent line on the Panasonic card label.Last edited: Jun 13, 2020 -

This seller should have the part(s) you need for Panasonic Toughbook:
