    Hi,

New to the forum and new to the CF19 ( Heavy user of Itronix IX325 beforehand).

Hope you can help..... I have a CF-19 which keeps powering up when i put it on mains-charge, is there anyway to stop this from happening ?

If i have missed any info then please feel free to ask/advise.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Gary

    Hi Toughasnails...

    Thanks for the response.

I am on the Panasonic support website and don't see any BIOS updates for this model (MK2)... can you advise where else i can obtain an update to remove this power up issue ?

    Thanks

    Gary

Try Panasonic Dashboard utility for your OS. Don't look for mk2 - this utility seems to be universal :)
It has Power On AC setting, maybe your system will allow you to turn this setting off.

    Try a power pull reset....

Finding a bios update may be a challenge. I have one from Panasonic, but it says its not for your model.
By the way yours was built for Welsh Water model CF-19FHY77AE.
You will need a bios update to cure your issue..
You can try this one and see if it will install.......Panasonic probably has it locked from working on improper models.

Here is what the Bios file text says.

    The Reason of revision:
Bios Change for CF-19mk2 standard models to support Gobi & Atheros WLAN .
This BIOS is able to use for both current revision ICH8(B1 step) and new revision ICH8(B2 step).
