CF-18 & CF-29 Internal USB

Are there any internal USB pins or anything in these units for modding?

Yes! it has but you need an schematic to verify which pin or pins they are located.

There are many, many, many threads around here that discuss adding internal options such as USB, bluetooth, GPS, etc. Pin assignments are obviously different by model. But these have been done. To try to explain it every time the question is asked takes a lot of time, is more than a bit repetitive and really messes up the next guy when he does his reading and finds he's followed a dead end.

The search engine of this site, when its working at its best... Doesn't work at all. So Google is the best way to find stuff... Just look for responses that reference this website... This forum in particular.
