    Newbie here (1st post, even!). I just picked up my first toughbook and ended up with a complete spare X-strap w/mounting hardware (bought a NOS strap first in anticipation of buying a toughbook, then found a toughbook that included the strap the very next day). Put the new X-strap on mine and have the other available - used, but in pretty good shape. Would that work? My first choice would be to trade it for a CF-18/19 stylus - the one that came w/my PC is a generic one that doesn't fit in the slot.

    [edit] :eek: Yikes! Didn't realize what the price difference was between the touchscreen and the digitizer stylus. When I mentioned a trade, I was thinking of the touchscreen stylus price. Still have a lot to learn here, apparently...

    I'm pretty sure I have a few. I typically remove them and straps from the units because they fit in the vehicle docks better. I'll check in the office when I get back in Monday if you still need them.
