    Hi all,

Following my rebuild of the harddisk my bluetooth has been working just fine after I reloaded Xp, all the drivers & Sp3 for the last week or so.

Last night it just died... :(

Have checked the drivers and there all ok but it's shown as 'device not there' in the bluetooth manager. Checked the FCC cable on the EVDO board & that's fine. Will eventually end up taking out the EVDO board to fit the EM408 gps module but would like to have a good BT board at the end of it at least.

    Any suggestions ?

    Thanks,
    Andy

Andy... Check again the flat cable ribbon. You can see it in the outside very nice but sometimes the conductor inside is open or Zeta( broken ) it happened to me. Using a multimeter check it individualy. Good luck.
