I got a CF-18 MK4 and i was wondering or the Kingston SODIMM RMN2–800/1G (PC2-6400 - 1GB) would work with it and at what memory latency.

Using CPU-Z, it reported me that the CF-18 MK4 standard memory (512MB) is running at:
    DRAM Frequency: 99.9 MHz
    FSB :DRAM: 1:1
    CL: 3.0
    tRCD: 3
    tRP: 3
    tRAS: 8

    Welcome to the Toughbook Forum
Yes it will work but it will run at the slower speed like the pc2-5300 ddr2-667 mhz...you will find you can pickup the PC6400 cheaper than the PC5300...most of the time
