I have been reading this forum for a long time and have found many answers here for driver issues. I am currently working on a CF-18FJHZXBM and cannot get any of the MK3 drivers to work except video. Can someone please help me.

What do you mean "can't get any drivers to work"? Do you get an error message? Have you verified the model # in the bios? What OS?

    Model Number:
    CF-18FJHZXBM
    Status:
    DISCONTINUED
    MSRP:
    $4,330
Description: Pentium M 733- 1.1GHzULV (Centrino), 10.4" Touch Screen Hi-bright XGA, 60GB, 512MB, Intel 802.11a+b+g, WIN XP SP2, Backlit keyboard, Dual pass through

This a fairly standard model and should pose no problems installing drivers if they are installed in the proper order.

Of course, the restore disc would make things much easier.

The model number has been verified in the BIOS.
    I am using Windows XP
All the drivers state Model not supported.

I already have SP3 installed. Do I need to remove SP3 to install the drivers?

SP3 should not matter. You may uninstall SP3 and see if the drivers will install. If not, use WinRAR to extract the drivers and install them manually, either thru setup or device manager.

The drivers still will not load. It states they are not supported on this model.

Does it jump all the way to the top, bottom, or right side?
That is a sign of a faulty touch screen.

Agreed! There is a small chance that there is gunk in between the touch-panel and screen housing you can work your way through the gap with a toothpick. If that does not help you need to replace the touch-panel. It's not that hard to do heres a tutorial from a member here that bought a new original Panasonic kit from me and installed it himself.
