    John... Welcome to the forum! :)

    You need to go HERE and join.. It's free and you can find all the drivers you need. You have an MK1 Digitizer model. You should download the drivers for the CF-18B model and try those. The "C" model was not listed as it was made for PG&E only... (Check it for hazardous chemicals while you are at it! ;))

    Your model shows as;
    PG&E ONLY - Pentium M 900MHz, 10.4"" XGA Transmissive with Digitizer, 40GB, 256MB,NON-WIRELESS, GPS, WinXP Tablet PC
    Looks like you have a lot of potential there!

    Now... You can go TO THIS THREAD (which will have other links inside it) to read up on the EXACT ORDER of how your downloaded drivers need to be installed. If not installed in the proper order... Not all of your hotkeys and buttons will work correctly.

    Please read up and feel free to ask any questions... This will be a walk in the park!

    PG&E (I think in this application) is Pacific Gas & Electric. The ones that brought you hexavalent chromium contamination!

    Seimens what? You need to be a little more specific.

    And for drivers there is xp .tablet and w2000 listed
    Use the drivers for the BD model

    Alex... Panny lists them differently (unless they actually turn out to be exactly the same) B is MK1, D is MK2 They may be the same exact drivers though...

    With the 900mhz processer you want Mk-1 drivers
