    You have 1 GB. You should be able to pull one 512MB stick and replace it with a 1GB stick for a total of 1.5MB.

    I was looking for 2GB + so I could upgrade to wondows 7 pro

    My CF-18mkII runs Windows 7 just fine and imho better than Windows XP. I only have 1.25 gb of ram so you will be good to go. Follow the How-To guides and you will be satisfied.

    I will assume that is 32bit Windows 7?.........I figure it's best to be specific.....

    I run W7Ult on a 128GB 1/8" ssd w/IDE-SATA adapter in a CF-18MK1 digitizer with no problems. It is 32 bit version of W7.
