Okay,
Is this something I should be worried about??
My CF-29 went down a flight of stairs while on and didn't even flinch...
It's not the HD, I installed an SSD...
Ideas?

So are you talking about the 19 or the 29? -
Well technically I mentioned both

How is any of that relevant??
MK1
Maybe the last one, BATTERY. -
Did you seriously just break the one you JUST bought from me?!?!? lol
-
No, but I'm about to....
The drop is onto carpet from my bench.
Any thoughts?
Oh, in case some of you were wondering, its blue carpet.... -
After finishing laughing... I have sumised that it is indeed the blue carpet!
Go for the heavy duty padded (Gray) foam rubber like I have! -
So you're dropping it on purpose... Interesting...
Who does that anyways? -

Do you mean continually reboots? Stuck switch?
-
That was my question as well. Per your heading, it appears you dropped your CF-19 3 feet and it rebooted. I don't see a problem with that at all. If you mean it is now stuck in a reboot cycle, that is different. If you mean it rebooted when it hit, and now won't come back on, that is a problem. Tell us again what is happening specifically, please.

reboots, then acts as normal...
I didnt have that problem dropping any of my 29s or 18s... -
The internal gyroscope gets off kilter and the auto recalibration system reboots the laptop in order to keep the hamsters on the wheel inside from getting dizzy.
Maybe we should figure out why you keep dropping things? -

What happens if you drop a Dell?
