    Yes that is the guide but I never use it because I always use the restore disk. Less headache.

    @toughasnails,
    thanks.
    i know that resrore disk is so nice, but in my country(China) is not that easy and so expensive (shipping and customs duties). i going to try follow that guide to install driver when i get my toughbook and let the restore disk to the last solution.

    Your 19 has no W7 on it or do you want to do a fresh install.

    Search for driver bundles. Do not use that archaic guide :))

    honestly, it can be done to ask for install win7,8,10 to seller even it wasn't(you know, in China that), by I do not trust that, first maybe the drivers can't sure install well, and most important is seccurity issues that may be backdoor virus or anything pre-installed on that. So better to fresh reinstall whole OS and driver.

    If the seller uses the restore disk then maybe you can make a disk. Look in your start menu for the Panasonic folder. See if you can see create disk or something like that. If you see that then that means he used the Panasonic restore disk to put windows 7 on it. That is how I made mine. I think you will need 2 blank DVD'S.

    good to know that. i really don't think so the seller will have the restore disk, used devices sell in china almost has been selled a couple times, so the OS driver or software are not guarantee be good enough to use well. So make sure the hardware be good and software should be take care by myself for security reason(backdoor virus and so on). but still thanks to you let me konw the offical OS has the create disk option!

    thanks for @BaRRmaley give me a tip can be use the drive bundles will save so much time for the driver installation!
