I just got my toughbook yesterday, and threw Win7 64-bit on it last night (after upgrading to 4GB). Most things seem to work. But, I still have a few devices not installed correctly.
8086 0x2A08 --> Intel(R) Extended Thermal Model MCH
ACPI\MAT0019 --> I guess this is for the HotKeys, not too concerned right now
and, lastly, another ACPI\MAT0019 device (presumably also for the hotkeys)
For the Tablet buttons, I used the MK4, Win7-64 bit driver.
I sincerely doubt that I should use any MK4 driver for 8086 0xA08 (different processor/chipset).
Any thoughts?

Myself I. would stick with 32 bit but that's me. With windows 7 a few drivers will not install or work at all... not compatible. with it. I would install the hotkeys and see if they work. If not got to 32 bit. Any reason why 64 bit?

As for why I prefer to run the 64-bit version.....primarily because I HAVE the 64-bit version, not the 32-bit. Not all 32-bit versions support 4GB of RAM, also. -
If not, try the missing app or driver from an different newer model close to the age of ur model but with support of win7 or vista .
U can use an 32bit-Key also for 64bit and vice versa. -

Just wanted to let ya'll know that the 64-bit driver for the MK4 did not work. I tried it a few days ago, but forgot to mention.

Had this problem today. Just use: https://panasonic.ca/PCS/Drivers/etm_1930_22_d071197.exe
Hint: Start the extracted setup.exe in compatibility mode for XpSp2. -
